01 Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), brand assets you upload (logos, colors, fonts), design prompts and conversations, and payment information for paid plans.
We also collect basic usage telemetry — which features you use, generation success rates, and error logs — to keep the platform stable and improve the agent.

02 How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, generate designs based on your prompts, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security.
We do not use your data to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or share it with data brokers — ever.
03 AI Processing
Your design prompts and brand assets are processed by our AI models to generate designs. We do not use your data to train our models or share it with third parties for training purposes.
Conversations and brand assets are processed in real time and stored encrypted. You can delete any conversation or brand kit at any time — deletion is permanent and immediate.
04 Data Storage and Security
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Design files, brand assets, and conversations are stored securely.
API keys (if you configure your own) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at the field level. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Two-factor authentication is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
05 Data Retention
We retain your account data and designs for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Account → Export. The export includes your brand kits, designs, and conversation history in JSON format.
06 Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, export your designs and data, delete your account, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us to exercise these rights.

07 Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your browsing data.
You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
08 Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We never sell or share your design data with these providers beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service.
- Payment processor — for billing (tokenized, no card storage)
- Email delivery — for transactional emails only
- Cloud hosting — encrypted at rest with our keys
- AI model providers — for inference only, no training
09 Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
