01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prodesign ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Prodesign. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
02 Description of Service
Prodesign is an AI-powered graphic design platform that enables users to create brand visuals through natural language conversation. The Service includes design generation, brand kit management, and related features.
We may update, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice. We will communicate significant changes via email or in-app notification.

03 User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it updated.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights of others; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models; (d) use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.

05 Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of designs created using the Service. Prodesign retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and related technology. By using the Service, you grant Prodesign a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating designs.
Your designs are yours — to use, modify, and distribute commercially. We will never claim ownership of your work or use it to train our models without explicit opt-in consent.
06 Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. Upon termination, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or expose the platform to legal liability. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure where appropriate.
07 Disclaimers
Prodesign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that designs will meet your specific requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not warrant that generated designs are free from intellectual property claims. You are responsible for verifying that your use of generated designs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
08 Limitation of Liability
Prodesign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limit does not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
09 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
You may also bring claims in your local jurisdiction if required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
